Classic Bow Warranty

We know that a custom bow purchase is a big investment for the average bowhunter, and so here at Classic Bowhunting Company we give you a fair guarantee that you will be assured satisfaction with our product.

Our bows come with a one-year workmanship and materials guarantee to the original purchaser. That means that if you are the one that made the original order, and your bow fails with normal usage due to workmanship or material flaws, we will repair or replace it for you…no charge.

That does not mean that if you leave your bow in a hot vehicle and it delaminates, or some gorilla strings it backwards, or some fool dry-fires it, or any number of unreasonable occurrences damages the bow, that we are obligated to honor the guarantee…. we aren’t. We will assess each request individually and go from there.

We will also offer each original purchaser a 30-day buyback guarantee. From the time you receive your new bow, if you absolutely HATE it, or can’t shoot it, cannot live with it…we will refund MOST of your hard-earned cash. We might try and work you through your decision first…but ultimately we want you to go away liking us as much as possible. Now, I say “most” of your money, because, like you, we work hard for what we get paid too. So if you decide to order a CUSTOM bow, then that means you are taking some risk as well. We have an outlay in materials and postage at minimum…. not to mention our time creating your custom order. So we WILL NOT refund the materials cost or the cost of postage, should you decide you hate your decision. Fair enough? We think so.

So please, order with this knowledge in mind….responsibly, and with the knowledge that you are entering into a fair agreement with us. We make a good product at a fair price, by hand…and we are proud of our work and our relationship with our customers.
